Well, to enlist in aroundme, the customer needs to follow the following steps

First one must register on our website – To register, the user needs to provide their respective NAPs(i.e. name, address, and phone number) and then one will get an OTP (One Time Password) for their registered mobile numbers. Enter the OTP and then one will be redirected to our website and thus an account will be created. One must mention their business categories correctly in the account, you will find the following tabs.

1. My Orders: All your booked orders and purchase history will be displayed here.

2. Profile: In the profile section, you can update your name, mobile number, and email address.

3. Credits:The number of cresdits you gain after the purchase of the service will be displayed here. You can avail of those credits for extra discounts on your next deals.

4. Friend Referral: You can refer a friend through social networking sites. Once your friend registers on your website, you will get a discount for your next purchase.

After the account creation

1. Select your City: Once the an account is created, in the home tab, you can select the place where you are residing or any location which is around you.

2. Select Your Service: Again on the home page, once the location is selected, you can search for services around you. You will be displayed with the list of services you are searching for. For example, if you are searching for spa services in West Mumbai, you will be displayed with a list of spa service centers (only registered ones with in West Mumbai.

3. Select your desired services: From the displayed list, you can select any of your desired services in your selected business center.

4. Add to Cart or Enquiry: Once the services are selected, you can add to the cart or remove any specified service you don’t want, or you can enquire about the service by filling in the form. A customer care executive will contact you shortly to answer all your queries.

5. Book Now: Once the services are added, on the checkout page, you can pay for the order. Once the purchase is completed, will generate an invoice. An invoice displays the number of services you booked, the price of each service, and the final price to pay at the business center. You can download this invoice or take a screenshot and show it to the retailer. The payment can be made in different methods: net banking, debit or credit card, Paytm, or UPI payments, or you can pay after the completion of the service at the business center.
