Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that a booking for an Offer/ Deal is not confirmed for any reason, Aroundme shall process the refund of the booking amount within 5 to 7 working days once the refund request is received. We are not obligated to provide an alternate booking in place of, compensate for, or replace the unconfirmed booking. Following then, all bookings will be handled as fresh transactions. Any eligible refunds will be processed according to AroundMe's procedures.
According to applicable legislation, the user is solely liable for any charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments deriving from the use of the service.
It is emphasized that in the event that the Host/ Retailer or any third party cancels the event, AroundMe will not be held liable or responsible in any way for any losses, claims, liabilities, damages, or the like.
Cancellation Policy And Cancellation Fees
All retailers/agents/aggregators are prohibited from utilising this website for any commercial or resale purpose unless they have previously registered with Aroundme as B2B agents, priority partners, or retailers, and have received explicit authorization from Aroundme to do so. If any such bookings are discovered, AroundMe retains the right to cancel all such bookings immediately without prior warning to the retailers/agents involved, as well as withhold payments or refunds. AroundMe will not be held liable for any consequential loss or harm resulting from bookings made through these retailers. Such retailers will be fully responsible in the event of such cancellations.
All discount codes listed on the website are only valid for legitimate bookings for the related offers/deals by AroundMe users.
Cancellation Fees are fees that AroundMe will charge the user on a percentage basis based on the total MRP value excluding taxes, which will be deducted invariably from the user's NB Wallet/ user's NB Credits, if any, or the amount paid by the user if the user cancels the transaction/ voucher for the services purchased from the retailer on the AroundMe platform.
Any refunds on cancelled bookings will be transferred to the account or banking instrument (credit card, debit card, wallet, etc.) used to make the payment for that booking.
